
Well here I go again on my own.......going down the only road I've ever known!!!! :)
Yes so you can tell, I've done this diet thing quite alot! I have succeeded many times in the past, its keeping it off is my problem, I always end up going back to my fat self ways, and before I know it, I'm back at the weight I started at, and I feel miserable! Well dang it, things need to change!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
My mom and sister and I started weight watchers on Sunday Feb. 10th 2008. My starting weight is 174 :( and my goal is to loose 20 to 30 before June. I have a few motives.....one we as a family are going back to Holiday World and I want to feel really good about myself at the water park with my hubby and girls.......two hubby and I are thinking of trying for a baby starting in July, I want to be at a healthy size when I start that process......and three just because I need to quit being so fat!!!!!!!!! hehehehehhe
So my plan for this is right now I am allowed 22 points per day, I want to try to drink at least three 32 ounce cups of water a day, and walk on the tread mill for 20 mins a day!!!!! Honestly the tread mill thing hasn't happened yet but I'm going to start tonight!!!!! I hope I can accomplish this and I am rooting for my mother and sister also!!!!!! We are gonna be looking to sweet in Holiday World Ben! hehehehe
